To delete your account and completely delete all the data associated with your account, please log into our app, go to Profile > Manage Account > Profile and enter the OTP. In the bottom left of the screen, you will find a button for delete profile. Upon clicking the button, we will call you to confirm the account deletion request during the business hours (10 AM - 6 PM IST) and delete the account after receiving a verbal confirmation about your account information.
This step is irreversible. Please note that you will lose all your points and membership information upon deletion and we will not be able to reverse that if you change your mind later.
